They are always prompt in responding to queries which is something i value when engaging with a company. They are also very honest and friendly which is bonus as well. Their pricing are also reasonable and nicely priced!

Yes thanks to Andy ,yesterday last minutes call him to help quote for my whole house window grill n it 9pm as I was play out by the other contractor which took my deposit but work never done (super window pte Ltd) but manage to get back my deposit. Andy know the urgency of me install the window grill, he do not hesitate to drop by my house although he had reach home , within 10 min ,he arrived n do all the measurements n advise me n my wife on what he will help us n promise us by 31 March the window will be install in such a short notice as we know it need time to prepare n get approved from HDB. This is his guarantee to us. My wife n me was very impressed by his attitude on his work. Once again thanks Andy n I will recommend to my surrounding friends for his work. Came across Home Aluminium Metal Works while looking to change the windows in my resale flat. Andy responded promptly and immediately set up a meeting to come down to my flat to give me a quotation. He did some quick measurements and showed glass samples. His knowledgeable and friendly advice sold me on the spot. He even took the pains to let me know that my kitchen tiles may be affected but they would try their best to avoid this. His team came down 2 weeks later to install the windows. Started at 10 am and ended at 6 pm. Everything was done very well and neatly with the old windows and frames cleanly disposed. And my kitchen tiles were not affected!
