Sliding Windows

FEATURES & ADVANTAGES
Sliding Windows are perfect for corridors and rooms, simply because it is space-saving and easy to use! Window panels slide from side to side with a gentle push.

Easy to clean and maintain as sliding windows have few hinges. Glass panels can also be wiped on both sides.

With its streamlined design, sliding windows offer lots of natural light, outdoor views and ventilation.

Consider getting double-glazed windows to reduce noise.

Casement Windows

FEATURES & ADVANTAGES
Aluminium casement windows are hinged on one side, and can be designed to open on the right or left side. With highly secure locking mechanisms from the inside, these windows offer good protection.

You can get full, unobstructed views and great ventilation when the windows are opened at an angle of 90 degrees.

Casement windows are also best for double-glazing windows, effectively reducing noise by as much as 70%.

Louvre windows are often installed in bathrooms to provide ample ventilation & privacy.

Louvre Windows

FEATURES & ADVANTAGES
The main purpose of louvres is to let air flow freely into your home. Ideal for bathrooms as it can get hot and stuffy in an enclosed space.

As the shutters can be easily opened and closed, you can easily wipe and clean the glass surface panels.

Similar to shutter blinds, louvre windows provides more privacy as it blocks out unwanted eyes when tilted at an angle. Frosted or tinted glass can also be used. Moreover, louvre windows tend to give off a classic look.

Top hung windows are usually installed higher up the walls.

Top Hung Windows

FEATURES & ADVANTAGES
Top Hung Windows are usually used in confined spaces such as kitchen, staircase and bathrooms to bring in natural light and facilitate ventilation.

These windows act like an awning which protects your property from rain during bad weather. At the same time, you can enjoy cool air coming through.

The air tight lock system ensures that there is no water leakage while providing security, durability, thermal and sound insulation.

We ensure our top hung windows are made from quality aluminium frame, durable handle and hinges that are both smooth and silent when using.

Sound Proof / Double Glazed Windows

With double glazing, two panels of glass are used rather than only one to create an insulated glass unit, or IGU. The two panels are separated by a small space, between 6mm to 18mm, which can be filled with an insulating gas such as argon.

FEATURES & ADVANTAGES
The two panels and hollow space help to dramatically reduce unwanted solar gain indoors while protecting your furnishing from UV rays, especially in sunny Singapore.

With double glazing, you can keep yourself cool indoors without having to blast your air-conditioning as much. This means reducing your electricity bills over the long run. The extra insulation improves acoustics and reduces noise, making double glazed windows attractive to the modern-day homeowner.

Double glazing also increases the safety and security of the home. Two glass panels are more difficult to break through. Also, when upgrading your windows, you can choose a security glass that is much harder to penetrate.
